Please read these carefully before purchasing from or using the services of Manaka Jewellers.
We accept exchanges on ready-made jewellery within 15 days of purchase, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged and accompanied by the original invoice and hallmark certificate. The exchange value is based on the current gold rate and applicable making-charge terms explained at the time of purchase.
Bridal sets and custom designs made to your specifications are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once crafting has begun, as materials and labour are committed to your order.
Advance deposits taken to reserve a piece or begin a custom order are adjusted against the final purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is cancelled after crafting has started, but may be credited toward a future purchase at our discretion
If a piece is found to have a manufacturing defect at the time of collection, please inform our showroom staff immediately. We will repair, replace or refund the item after inspection, at no additional cost to you.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Cash purchases may be refunded via bank transfer.
Pierced earrings and other items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, once worn.Custom-engraved or resized pieces, unless found defective.Items without the original invoice and hallmark certificate.
